Fitness and Wellness is proud to provide free workshops for the CRU community highlighting some of the trending topics in the fitness industry. Each topic will be facilitated by the department's own Certified Personal Trainers/Nutrition Staff and will include an in-depth overview and hands-on portion. Our staff will not only provide interpretation, but also the opportunity to experience the subject matter itself.
