What is Healthy Aggies?
Healthy Aggies is a student-run organization that is passionate about promoting health and wellness among the campus community.
To build health awareness and encourage the Davis community to explore and choose healthful options. By providing sound nutrition information and administering education events, we want to inspire others to make more mindful choices and establish healthful living behaviors.
Services offered at the Activities and Recreation Center (ARC) are made available to the greater campus community and include drop-in nutrition advice (informal), nutrition counseling sessions (formal) and follow-up appointments, lobby activities, collaboration with various campus events and nutrition communication via posters, flyers, electronic documents and social media.
FREE Nutrition Advice:
If you are not sure what to eat, how much to eat or how to bump up your energy with food, stop by the Fitness and Wellness Center and talk with our nutrition staff about meeting your nutrition and overall health goals. Appointments last 15 minutes and are first-come, first-served. Available to Students, CRU Members, and Non-Members.

Make an appointment with our Nutrition Staff to analyze your daily diet. Our database contains the nutritional information of more than 29,000 foods. Learn about how you can improve your diet and make it more well-rounded to fit your personal needs and goals. To prepare for your appointment with one of our nutrition counselors, you will need to keep a food journal for at least three days with everything you eat and all of your physical activity. When you meet with our staff, you will get back a report on what you ate, your full nutrient profile, and the percentage of that goal that you achieved. Our staff will then give you personal nutrition advice to improve your diet based on this scientific analysis. Open to all UC Davis faculty, staff, and students. Come in to the Fitness and Wellness Center to pick up a packet and get started.
